Vitamin drip
Electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, or antioxidants are given in a bag of fluid such as normal saline. Drip times run 1 to 4 hours depending on the formula.

A vitamin push delivers the same nutrients as an IV drip, straight into the vein, without the fluid bag or the hour in the chair. Most appointments are done in under 15 minutes, which is why pushes are the format busy clients come back to.
A push is an IV setup without a fluid infusion. A small needle places a short catheter in a vein, and Holly slowly injects electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, or antioxidants through that catheter by syringe. The nutrients are the same ones used in our drips, and they reach your bloodstream just as directly.
What changes is the time. A drip takes one to four hours; a push takes under 15 minutes. That makes it a practical way to hold your nutrient status steady between drips, or to get IV-delivered support on a day that has no room in it.
No fluid bag, no long infusion. In and out on a lunch break.

Most people taste the solution before they feel it. Even though it goes directly into the vein, the flavor arrives in the mouth first, and it tastes much like a B vitamin.
After about 15 seconds there is warmth at the back of the throat, and it travels. Hands and feet often feel warm and tingly. Some people feel briefly light-headed, notice slightly blurry vision, or feel a passing wave of nausea. Most people feel relaxed.
Then it is over, as quickly as it began. That combination, a real therapeutic dose and a short, contained experience, is the reason pushes are the most repeated service on our menu. Arrive in clothing with easy access to your arms, and if you are a new client, send your forms ahead so there is time to review them before you sit down.

Most push appointments run 15 to 20 minutes from arrival to door, and the injection itself is under 10 minutes. It is the format most clients choose when they want IV-delivered nutrients on a lunch break or between meetings.

Pushes are placed and administered by a registered nurse experienced in IV therapy, and they use nutrients the body already requires to function. As with any IV, brief effects such as warmth, light-headedness, or nausea can occur, and pushes are not appropriate for everyone. Holly reviews your health history before treatment to confirm the format is suitable for you.
Pushes are the easiest way to keep nutrient support consistent when your calendar is not. Holly will match a formula to your goals, or start with a free 15-minute clarity call.
